Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Todo for Notion ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

The App is a free, open-source progressive web application that provides a Microsoft ToDo-style interface for managing tasks stored in your Notion workspace. The App acts as a client for the Notion API.

Your Data

• You retain full ownership of all your data. The App does not claim any rights to your content.
• Your tasks and data remain in your Notion workspace. The App reads from and writes to your Notion database through the Notion API.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Notion workspace and any integrations you enable.

Use at Your Own Risk

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the service
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with the Notion API (which may change)

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of the App be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising from your use of the App.

Notion API Dependency

The App depends on the Notion API. Changes to the Notion API, Notion's terms of service, or Notion's availability may affect the App's functionality. We are not responsible for any disruptions caused by changes to the Notion API.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Account Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting it from your Notion workspace and clearing your browser data. No account deletion is needed as we do not maintain user accounts.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
